Cloud Engagement Leader - Microsoft

Overview

In this senior, revenue‑owning leadership role, you will lead EPAM’s Microsoft cloud transformation engagements across a UK cross‑industry portfolio. You’ll collaborate with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, Microsoft stakeholders and client executives to shape and close cloud programs focused on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation. You own bookings and revenue closure while coordinating Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery to drive sustainable, scalable growth. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft cloud business within your portfolio
• Shape, close and expand cloud transformation engagements across priority accounts
• Drive bookings and revenue closure in collaboration with Sales and Delivery
• Guide clients on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation strategies
• Coordinate across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery to ensure growth
• Own portfolio performance and act as a strategic coordinator for cross‑functional initiatives
