Due to continued growth, they are keen to appoint an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer , to be based out of the Birmingham offices on a hybrid basis.
The permanent opportunity will pay a salary range of £45,000 to £48,00 plus 15% bonus. As an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting and maintaining the shared IT services and delivering projects across group.
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer: Duties Proactive management and responding to alerts from monitoring platforms including the Office 365 Tenancy, on-premise and cloud infrastructure. Working in the Service Delivery function, providing Tier 3 & 4 support for Microsoft products, Meraki networks and Palo Alto Firewalls.
Manage and support the delivery of Infrastructure projects Design and implement new technologies, upgrades and enhancements System administration tasks, user and security administration, housekeeping, software upgrades, patching, and cyclical health and status checks Maintaining and creating documentation using Visio, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint as appropriate Understanding of Microsoft technology, Azure, M365, and Windows Server and security Maintain a high security posture, implementation of new controls and addressing any findings from vulnerability assessments Cloud Infrastructure Engineer: Experience Windows Server Entra ID, Active Directory and DNS PowerShell and Scripting in Microsoft environments.
Management of Office 365 tenancy including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint & Intune Implementation and management of workloads within Azure Meraki & Palo Alto networks Veeam backup and replication technology Documentation skills using Visio, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint as appropriate The permanent opportunity for a Cloud Infrastructure Engine...
