A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a First off Inspector with CMM experience to join the team with our prestigious client at their site in Fareham Shift Pattern Monday - Wendesday 15:00PM - 01:00AM Thursday - 15:00PM - 12:00 £20.30PH plus 25% uplift Complete Fist Off the inspection of manufactured parts, Validate Manufacturing Setup, Ensure Dimensional Accuracy, Verify Compliance with Standards, Drawings and process sketches. Main Taskas

• Carry Out First Off Inspection
• Ensure all inspection processes and documentation comply with internal procedures, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Investigate quality issues and assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support audits (internal and external) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• CMM Programs – Creation, edit and manage Revision
• Training new starters & Shopfloor in the use of CMM inspection Skills and Qualities
• Team support & training in the use of CMM's
• Technical & Product Knowledge
• Quality-focused mindset
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement orientation
