Salary: £28,410–£31,658 + 17.22% shift allowance (£33,302–£37,109)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Days & Lates

We are looking for 2 experienced CNC Machinists to join a well-established engineering business. This is a permanent opportunity offering an attractive salary, shift allowance and excellent benefits.

The Role:

• Operate and set CNC machinery to produce high-quality components
• Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Carry out quality checks and ensure components meet required standards
• Work accurately to tight tolerances
• Support continuous improvement and maintain high standards of housekeeping
• Opportunity to develop CMM inspection skills through training

Requirements:

• Apprentice-trained CNC Machinist – essential
• Experience within medical, aerospace, automotive or fine engineering environments would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and quality requirements
• CMM experience desirable, but training will be provided
• Reliable, quality-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team

Shift Pattern:

Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:00pm / 1:45pm–10:00pm

Friday: 6:00am–11:30am / 11:15am–3:45pm
