CNC Machinist (Programming) £40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Monday - Friday + Company Benefits Martock Are you a CNC machinist with programming experience on either milling machines or lathes, looking to kickstart a brand new team, with the opportunity to move into a senior/team leadership role as the team grows?

Do you want to join a company offering an exciting opportunity to step into a new role, where you will be working with brand new state-of-the-art CNC machines, in a newly redesigned workshop? This role is the first of a new team of CNC machinists, bringing production in-house.

You will be part of the setting up of this team and the workshop, with clear lines of progression into senior roles as the team grows. You will be programming with Fanuc and Heidenhain on new machinery, and operating both milling and turning machines.

Recently acquired and secured for the future, the company is now growing again. It has exciting contracts with major clients and plans to expand year on year while bringing more processes in-house. This family-run business offers a supportive, caring environment and a friendly team.

This role would suit a CNC Machinist with programming experience on either milling machines or lathes, looking to join a company offering a Monday - Friday days-based position, and progress into a senior role as the company grows.
