CNC Production ManagerCNC Manager | CNC Supervisor | Site Operations ManagerBedfordshire Area Salary up to £50k Day Shift LocationBedfordshireSalaryUp to £50,000 per annumHoursDay Shift with 1 in 4 Saturdays required (day in lieu given) - short-term arrangementReports toManufacturing DirectorAbout the RoleOur client is a market-leading manufacturer of high-end precision machined components and assemblies, serving STEM markets including Bio-Tech candidates without a CNC background will not be consideredMinimum 5 years' production experience in the engineering or precision manufacturing sectorAt least 3 years in a leadership, supervisory or management roleTime-served CNC machinist (milling or turning) from an apprenticeship or equivalent practical experienceStrong communication, analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of precision engineering processes and materials Desirable:Relevant management qualificationEstimation or project management certificationsPractical knowledge of MRP, master scheduling and capacity planningFamiliarity with Progress MIS or similar production management systems How to ApplyIf you have the CNC background and leadership experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
