Job Description CNC Miller Southend-on-Sea Up to £38,000 DOE We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Southend-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to work with high-precision components in a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Setting and operating 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls Making programme amendments where required Manufacturing high-precision components to tight tolerances Machining a variety of materials including tufnol, titaniums, and steels Producing components such as bushes, bolts, and other precision-engineered parts Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards Essential

Requirements

Proven experience setting CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls Experience using both 3 and 4 axis mills Ability to make programme amendments independently Strong background machining high-precision components Experience working to tight tolerances with a range of materials

Desirable
