CNC Miller Monday - Friday | Full-time | Permanent £16 - £19 Hourly Rate Chard, Somerset - Commutable from Yeovil, Crewkerne, Axminster, Bridgwater and Honiton Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a varied role within a precision engineering environment?
Our client is looking for a CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter to join their manufacturing team, producing high-quality precision components using modern CNC milling machinery. You'll be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, working with Fanuc, Heidenhain and/or Mazatrol control systems, producing components to tight tolerances and ensuring consistently high standards of quality and accuracy.

Consultant: Shannon Webb | Ref: 5386 The Role *Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines *Programming using Fanuc, Heidenhain and/or Mazatrol control systems *Working across 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centres *Producing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances *Selecting appropriate tooling and optimising machining processes *Troubleshooting programming, machining and equipment issues The Candidate *Proven experience as a CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter *Strong CNC milling and programming experience *Experience with one or more of Fanuc, Heidenhain or Mazatrol control systems *Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines *Experience with 3, 4 or 5-axis machining would be advantageous *Able to read and interpret engineering drawings What's in it for you? *£16 - £19 per hour *Monday - Friday working pattern - flexible start and finish times *Overtime opportunities *Ongoing training and career development *Private Health and Dental Care Elix Sourcing Solutions is a specialist recruiter for Engineering, Manufacturing, Tech, Energy and Science roles ranging from mid to senior level positions.
