A methodical approach with strong attention to quality and detail. Experience with multi-axis machines, live tooling, twin-spindle or sub-spindle machining would be particularly relevant. CNC program editing or programming experience would be advantageous.

Previous experience within aerospace, defence, automotive, medical, oil and gas or another regulated manufacturing environment would also be beneficial.
