CNC Turner, Programmer Setter - Fanuc (4 Day Week) £40.000 - £45,000 Per Year Overtime and Benefits Aylesbury The Company A very successful specialist precision engineering company which were established over 40 years ago are looking for a CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter to join their growing team in their modern factory in Aylesbury.

The company specialise in the manufacture of high quality tooling solutions supplying various industries both throughout the UK and overseas including Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas and Motorsport. Duties - CNC Turner, Programmer Setter - Fanuc Programming setting & operating Doosan lathes Performing basic offsets. program changes and tool/tip changeovers.

Loading and unloading of parts. Deburring in cycle. Quality Inspection of parts using micrometers, Vernier’s and gauges. Working from Engineering drawings to BS / ISO standards. Requirements - CNC Turner, Programmer Setter - Fanuc Experience with CNC Doosan lathes is highly desirable or Fanuc Setting & operating skills are a must and preference will be given to those candidates with programming experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering qualification or suitable apprenticeship, but a long proven track record could also suffice Ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings. Ability to plan and work from own initiative, with minimum supervision.
