Job Description CNC Turner Programmer, Setter & OperatorLocation: Northampton, NorthamptonshireSalary: £35,000 - £38,000 (38-hour week) - £40,000-£45,000 OTEHours: Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:30 or 07:00-15:30, Friday 06:00-12:00Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeThe CompanyInteraction Technical is working in partnership with a well-established precision engineering manufacturer based in Northampton.
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer, Setter & Operator to join their highly skilled machining team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing business producing precision-engineered components for a range of demanding industries, working with specialist materials and advanced machining techniques.

Key Responsibilities Program, set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC turning machines Produce precision components to customer specifications Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings Machine a variety of materials including Duplex, Titanium and Hastelloy Inspect and verify components to tight tolerances Conduct in-process and final quality checks Maintain safe working practices and housekeeping standards Support production targets and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking For Time-served CNC Turner with programming, setting and operating experience Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience machining a range of materials, including exotic alloys Competent using inspection and measuring equipment High attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances Self-motivated with a proactive approach to workAbout Interaction RecruitmentInteraction Recruitment has specialist consultants operating across key sectors, including: Technical & Engineering Industrial Commercial Finance & IT HospitalityWe provide both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions nationwide.
