Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) to provide high-quality psychological therapy across our client sites. The successful candidate will assess treat and support individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health and psychological assessments. Develop and deliver individualised CBT treatment plans. Provide one-to-one CBT interventions for a range of mental health conditions.
Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals. Provide psychoeducation and promote recovery and wellbeing. Adhere to safeguarding confidentiality and professional standards.
Participate in clinical supervision training and continuous professional development. Maintain compliance with clinical governance health safety and organisational policies. Requirements Accredited qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Registration with BABCP or an equivalent recognised professional body (preferred). Relevant degree in Psychology Mental Health Nursing Occupational Therapy Social Work or a related healthcare profession. Up-to-date knowledge of CBT principles mental health practice and clinical governance.
