Collections Assistant Salary - £33k Glasgow Onsite Permanent Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Collections Assistant on a permanent basis. Potential chance to progress to Team Leader role.
Duties
Collection of aged and bad debt Ensure strong working relationships are always maintained Supporting clients by identifying appropriate arrears solutions Completing income and expenditure forms Communicating solutions verbally and by phone Meeting quality and production targets Escalating any issues to Team Leader Escalate policy / process gaps to appropriate party Interviews will be held ASAP.
