We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our team in Streatham, supporting the delivery of repairs and void works across the Council's housing stock. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative Commercial Team, helping to drive value, improve performance, and ensure compliance across a variety of projects.ð§ What You'll Be DoingAccurately pricing repairs and void works using the NHF Schedule of RatesSupporting the Site Surveyor with daily commercial activitiesInvoicing completed Out-of-Scope works and tracking revenuePreparing monthly client applications and processing variations within 24 hoursCoordinating subcontractor applications and ensuring JCT complianceAssisting with reports and documentation for internal and client meetingsContributing to process improvements and team developmentð What We're Looking ForProven experience using the NHF Schedule of RatesBackground in housing repairs, voids, or a similar environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsProactive, solution-focused mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Excelð Bonus Skills (Desirable)Experience working with or for a local authority or housing providerð Why Join Us?
