The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below. It is now seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer, focusing on both Residential and Commercial caselaods, to join its renowned team in Manchester City Centre.
Our client handles a significant amount of residential and commercial property transactions – as an experienced Property Lawyer, you will be expected to assist your colleagues with complex, high-value matters and have, ideally, some prior experience of managing junior and mid-level team members.
Experience of dealing with both Residential and Commercial caseloads, particularly the technical issues that arise from both areas, would be a distinct advantage to any application. Our client is open to considering CLC-Qualified Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Solicitors.
