Associate Solicitor - Commercial Disputes Fully Remote | Permanent | Competitive Salary & Benefits Are you a talented Commercial Disputes Solicitor looking for the opportunity to work on high-quality, complex litigation without the constraints of a traditional office-based role?

My client is seeking an ambitious and technically strong Associate Solicitor to join their growing Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging Commercial Disputes matters for business clients across a variety of sectors, while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote working environment.

The Opportunity You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on more complex and high-value disputes.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload across a broad range of commercial litigation matters and will be encouraged to take ownership of cases while developing their strategic and technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Advising and representing clients on a wide range of Commercial Disputes matters, including: Contractual disputes Property-related disputes Breach of director's duties Trespass and nuisance claims Other business-related disputes Managing cases from inception to conclusion.

Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings. Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, experts, insurers, and other stakeholders. Conducting litigation within the relevant legal and regulatory framework. Handling insurance-funded litigation matters and supporting claims-handling processes.

Providing commercially focused legal advice and practical solutions to clients. Supervising and delegating work to trainee solicitors, paralegals, and support staff where appropriate. Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Contributing to the continued success and growth of the wider litigation team. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Qualification as a Solicitor (or equivalent). Experience handling a varied commercial disputes caseload.

Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Experience working within a reputable legal practice or litigation team. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a collaborative team. Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
