Your new company This Manchester law firm is well established and has a strong commercial litigation team that has operated successfully over many years. Your new role This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a varied caseload that will include contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes as well as disputes arising from warranty and indemnity issues.

The firm has a strong client list that includes a mix of SME clients as well as a number of larger corporates. You can look forward to handling your own caseload and to working with colleagues across the wider team. The role will give you scope to get involved in business development initiatives and to build strong working relationships with clients.

What you'll need to succeed You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 3 years' pqe. You will have a commercial approach and be able to provide clients with pragmatic solutions.
