The Role
Advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, and partnership matters Manage claims from pre-action advice through to litigation and enforcement Support wider firm teams on corporate, regulatory, and advisory matters Play a key role in shaping and growing the London litigation offeringYou: 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation Strong business development and client relationship skills Comfortable managing high-value, complex disputes Commercially minded, proactive, and keen to build a practice with the support of an established regional firmThis is a rare opportunity to join a new office at the ground level, influence its growth strategy, and leverage the wider firm's platform.
