Commercial Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor (5 PQE) Location: Southampton (Hybrid Working) Salary: Competitive Benefits A leading regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor (5 years PQE) to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is a great opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes across sectors including contract, shareholder, partnership, insolvency and professional negligence matters.
What You'll Do
Manage your own caseload and assist on larger litigation matters Advise clients on a range of commercial disputes Draft legal documents and prepare for court/ADR Build strong client relationships and support business development
