Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager Central London Up to £75,000 + Package An established and highly respected workplace design and fit out specialist is looking to appoint a commercially focused Commercial Manager to strengthen its London team.

Renowned for delivering high-quality CAT A, CAT B and design & build workplace projects for leading occupiers and landlords, the business has built a strong reputation for innovation, collaboration and exceptional project delivery across the commercial office sector.

This is a predominantly post-contract commercial management role, ideal for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step or an established Commercial Manager seeking greater responsibility within a dynamic and growing business.

The Role Working closely with Operational and Project Delivery teams, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of multiple fit out projects from contract award through to final account.

Key responsibilities include

Managing project costs and commercial performance across a portfolio of fit out schemes Subcontractor procurement, package management and account settlement Variations, change control and contract administration Forecasting, reporting and cash flow management Managing applications, valuations and final accounts Identifying and mitigating commercial risks Supporting project teams to maximise profitability and project outcomes Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractorsRequirements Minimum 3 years previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within fit out, interiors or design & build construction Strong post-contract commercial management experience Good contractual knowledge and understanding of JCT forms of contract Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills Degree qualified or equivalent preferredPackage Salary up to £75,000 Competitive bonus structure Car allowance Pension contribution Private healthcare Genuine progression opportunities within a growing business Exposure to some of London's most prestigious workplace and commercial fit out projectsThis is an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading workplace specialist where you will play a key role in delivering commercially successful projects while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
