The successful candidate will be working on projects worth up to 100m within the companies award winning Civil Engineering team. Requirements
Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering or similar10 Years' Experience in Civil Engineering working on highways, structures and infrastructureExperience of working in schemes worth 20M +Providing advice and guidanceReview all commercial plans to deliver maximum marginYou should preferably be RICS- qualifiedThe ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and other relevant software is a mustCoaching skills are fundamental to this management roleProfound NEC, JCT Contract ExperienceContractual advice to the tendering processImprovement of commercial proceduresAppraisal & Objective settingManage the monthly commercial audit processPerson Specific: Experience of developing and promoting commercial KPIs is a mustYou will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the development and implementation of procedureYou will have the proven ability to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, costing staff and project planners
