Working Environment: Full-time position (Monday to Friday) Flexible start and finish times available 40 hours per week, office-based Key Responsibilities Commercial Specialist: Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally Collaborate with sales teams to grow relationships and sales Produce accurate quotes and upsell products to maximise revenue Maintain detailed knowledge of flat roof products Update ERP
