Job DescriptionCommercial Plumber - Oxford / South East An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Plumber to join a leading building services provider, working across the whole of the South East. Ideal candidate location: Oxford (however candidates based anywhere in the South East willing to travel will be considered).
The role will be predominantly based within care home environments, carrying out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing works. Opportunity and support provided to gain commercial gas training/qualifications if desired.
Duties
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial plumbing systems. Installation, maintenance, and repair of pipework, sanitary ware, hot and cold water systems, and drainage. Fault-finding on commercial plumbing systems within occupied care home settings.
Carry out remedial works and minor installations as required. Ensure all works are completed in line with health
