Reference: HSJ921958262E_1786535789Commercial Property Associate - Managing AssociateLocation: ExeterAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Exeter office of a highly respected Top 100 UK law firm, consistently recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.The firm's Commercial Property team acts for a diverse client base including investors, landlords, occupiers and financial institutions, advising on a broad spectrum of real estate matters.

With a strong reputation in the market and ambitious growth plans, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and successful team handling high-quality work. The RoleAs part of a well-established Commercial Property practice, you'll work on a varied caseload and play an active role in supporting both clients and the continued growth of the team.

Your workload will include:Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial propertyHandling landlord and tenant mattersManaging asset management work across client portfoliosSupporting telecoms-related property transactionsDrafting and negotiating leases, agreements and ancillary documentationRunning transactions through to completionDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsParticipating in networking and business development activitiesSupporting and mentoring junior lawyers and traineesThis position offers excellent exposure to a wide range of commercial property work, providing the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and commercial understanding while building long-term client relationships.

Please note that development and energy matters are handled by specialist teams within the wider firm. Candidate RequirementsApplications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors seeking to join a progressive and growing team.

You will ideally demonstrate:Solid experience across a range of commercial property mattersStrong technical and transactional skillsThe ability to manage matters independently and efficientlyA commercial and pragmatic approach to client serviceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience working closely with clients and other stakeholdersAn interest in business development and networkingA collaborative attitude and willingness to support junior colleaguesCandidates will be considered at Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Associate level depending on experience and expertise.
