Commercial Property Manager Manchester City Centre £55,000–£65,000 The opportunity A major global investment business is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its Manchester team. You'll manage a portfolio of high-quality commercial assets, working closely with internal asset management and facilities teams to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant and performing to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded Property Manager to join a highly regarded investment platform and play a key role in delivering an excellent occupier experience. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across a commercial property portfolio Build strong relationships with occupiers, suppliers and key stakeholders Oversee maintenance, contractors, inspections and compliance Manage service charge budgets and property expenditure Support planned preventative maintenance and improvement programmes Work closely with asset management, facilities, finance and legal teams Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement Prepare reports and management information Ensure compliance with relevant property, H&S and insurance requirements Proactively manage occupier queries and deliver a high level of customer service About you We're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager with: Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios Strong understanding of property management and service charge principles Good knowledge of relevant legislation, H&S and compliance Experience managing budgets, contractors and suppliers Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach The ability to work effectively with asset management and wider investment teams For more information please call Simon Chevis on 0161 607 5087 or schevis@macdonaldandcompany.com
