Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied and complex Commercial Property caseload Acting for landowners, developers, housebuilders and commercial property owners Handling acquisitions, disposals and development transactions Advising on leases, options, overage and promotion agreements Working on secured lending and property portfolio financing Contributing to the continued growth and direction of the Commercial Property team You will be: An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Senior Associate / Partner level Technically strong with experience handling complex transactions Confident managing matters and client relationships independently Commercially minded with an interest in business development Comfortable supporting and mentoring more junior lawyers Collaborative, personable and client-focused Keen to play a key role within an ambitious and growing team A fantastic opportunity for a senior Commercial Property lawyer looking for quality work, greater autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within an established team – without sacrificing work/life balance.
