Flexible working arrangements may be available for the right candidate. The Role You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: Commercial property sales and acquisitions Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licences Advising on landlord and tenant matters Supporting property development projects Acting in transactions involving pension property investments Liaising with lenders and financial institutions on funding arrangements Managing transactions through to completion, including Land Registry requirements and SDLT considerations About You Qualified Solicitor (England
