Job Description Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive | 3+ PQE | Dorset | Competitive Salary DOE | This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm, where you can be part of growing team renowned for their success.

The Opportunity This role is perfect for an ambitious lawyer who is looking to join a supportive and collaborative environment where they can handle high-quality commercial property work. This role also offers genuine prospects for career progression within the firm.

The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload; this will be conducted both independently and also alongside experienced property lawyers when working on complex matter. The work will include but is not limited to: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant matters Commercial leases and lease negotiations Property development transactions Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting business development and networking initiatives About You Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.

The ideal candidate will have: Experience managing a commercial property caseload independently Strong technical knowledge of commercial property matters Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive and client-focused approach The ability to work effectively as part of a team An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business development activities Experience in marketing, networking, or maintaining a following of clients would be advantageous, but is not essential.
