Job Description Senior Associate – Commercial Property (5+ PQE) Aberdeen If you’re a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established Aberdeen-based real estate team handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.

Your responsibilities will include
Managing a varied commercial property caseload from instruction to completion Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters Drafting and negotiating contracts and transactional documentation Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients Working collaboratively with colleagues on larger transactions Supporting junior team members where required Maintaining client relationships and delivering a high level of service About you This role would suit a Commercial Property Senior Associate who: Has 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property Has experience handling a wide range of transactions Demonstrates drafting skills and attention to detail Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues Is confident managing and prioritising a busy workload Takes a proactive and client-focused approach Enjoys working within a collaborative team environment The environment You’ll be joining an established Aberdeen firm with a great reputation for its commercial property offering.
