Job Description NEW – Commercial Property Solicitor This is a terrific opportunity to join a central London firm and work alongside a very experienced partner. The role would be to advise HNW individuals, investors, corporate occupiers and developers throughout the full property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal and related matters.
Matters include: Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property National commercial leases and renewals Asset management and investment Mortgages and refinancing arrangements Options, overage, conditional contracts and TOGCs Easements, covenants, adverse possession and boundary matters Licences Auction sales
About You
