An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their well-established and highly regarded law firm, who have an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional legal services to businesses, developers, investors and private clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to manage a high-quality and varied caseload while becoming an integral part of a collaborative and forward-thinking Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will enjoy genuine autonomy, direct client contact and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and success of the department.
Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you will advise on a broad range of complex commercial property matters, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused solutions while building long-term client relationships.
The Role You will be responsible for managing your own diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive a professional, commercially focused and responsive legal service.
Your work will include: Commercial acquisitions and disposals. Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and licences. Conditional contracts, option agreements and overage agreements. Property finance and secured lending transactions.
Development and regeneration projects. Portfolio management and asset transactions. Advising clients on complex property matters, identifying legal risks and providing practical commercial solutions. Managing matters efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
Maintaining accurate time recording, billing and financial management of files. Utilising the firm's case management systems within a modern, paper-light environment. Team
