Based in Northampton, you will be manage existing clients and build on the client base already established in the area, via networking and business development.
Ideally you will have experience of dealing with the following: Landlord and tenantCommercial property acquisitions and disposalsNegotiating and drafting commercial leasesCommercial mortgagesAgricultural and rural propertyGuaranteesLA AgreementsLicenses and Easements and TCPA and environmental issues.
