Job Description Commercial Property Solicitor Doncaster | NQ+ | Full Time | Flexible Working | Competitive Salary An established and growing law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding Property team in Doncaster.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-respected firm. The successful candidate must have experience in commercial property, either gained during a training contract or in a post-qualified role.
The Role You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease renewals. Property finance and secured lending transactions.
Development and investment work. Supporting clients ranging from SMEs to investors, developers and owner-managed businesses. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service.
About You Qualified Solicitor (NQ+). Commercial property experience gained during your training contract or post-qualification. Strong drafting and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
