p Service Care Legal working with a leading Central London law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (4–6 years’ PQE) to join its established property team. The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of transactions within a collaborative and supportive environment. /p p br /p p br /p p strong u The Role /u /strong /p p br /p ul li Manage a varied commercial real estate caseload from instruction through to completion. /li li Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, estate management, and property finance matters. /li li Work closely with partners, clients, and junior team members on transactional matters /li /ul p br /p p strong u The Person /u /strong /p p br /p ul li Qualified Solicitor in England Wales with 4–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate. /li li Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness. /li li Excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills. /li li A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to support and supervise junior colleagues. /li li A modest client following would be advantageous, but is not essential. /li /ul
