Commercial law firm in Jersey is seeking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate lawyer of 5 or more years’ PQE. The successful candidate will support and contribute to the continued growth of the Real Estate department. You will provide legal advice on a wide range of matters to clients (both institutional and private), in relation to Jersey commercial property transactions (there may also be some residential work), including property investment, real estate finance and landlord and tenant work.
You will also take an active role in the business development and marketing of both department and firm in order to attract new business. Furthermore, you will act as one of the main points of contact with clients and this will involve building and maintaining relationships with them.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting and encouraging the contribution of Trainees and Paralegals. Applicants will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Jersey or Scotland.
