Commercial Solicitor An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded Central London-based firm. Working closely with experienced senior lawyers, you'll advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and fast-growth businesses to larger commercial organisations.
The Role Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts Advise on technology, AI and data protection matters Support on corporate transactions, including M&A work Work directly with clients and build long-term relationships Contribute to business development and networking activities Mentor and support a paralegal within the team About You Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 years' PQE Strong commercial contracts experience Knowledge of technology, AI, data privacy and UK GDPR Commercially minded with excellent communication skills Comfortable managing client relationships and working in a collaborative team environment Experience gained in a City, national, boutique or in-house environment would be beneficial The Opportunity High-quality and varied commercial work Direct client access from day one Supportive and close-knit team culture Excellent scope for progression and professional development Central London office location If you're a commercially focused solicitor seeking greater responsibility, quality work and a genuine opportunity to grow your career, we'd be keen to hear from you.
