The Commissioning Engineer must be confident representing the business on client sites and maintaining high professional standards.
Responsibilities of the Commissioning Engineer The Commissioning Engineer, will be responsible for delivering commissioning and validation services across HVAC and water systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Carry out commissioning, testing and balancing activities across HVAC air and water systems to ensure systems are operating efficiently and compliantlyPerform domestic water balancing, TMV verification and associated system set up activitiesConduct air and water balancing activities in accordance with industry best practice and recognised engineering standardsProduce accurate commissioning documentation, technical reports and project handover recordsSupport client handovers by explaining completed works and system performance in a clear and professional mannerDeliver projects safely, efficiently and within agreed timescalesBuild and maintain positive working relationships with clients, consultants and site teamsAct as a professional representative of the business whilst working on customer sitesTravel across the North West and occasionally further afield, including overnight stays when requiredEnsure all work is completed in line with company procedures, health and safety requirements and quality standardsWork closely with project managers and engineering teams to support successful project deliveryParticipate in ongoing training and development activities to continually enhance technical knowledge and skillsRequirements of Commissioning EngineerProven experience in HVAC commissioning and balancingGrade 3 CAS or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of air and water systems commissioningExperience working to CIBSE and BSRIA standardsAbility to complete accurate test sheets and technical reportsStrong communication skills when dealing with clientsCSCS Skill Card Full UK driving licenceWillingness to travel and work away when requiredBenefits of the Commissioning EngineerCompany van, phone, and laptop provided36 days holiday (including bank holidays)Expenses paid upfrontAccommodation booked and fully covered by the office when working awayOptional overtime, including weekend workLong-term, stable opportunity within a growing specialist businessFull training and development opportunitiesApply NowContact Adele Lewis 0151 209 2050 or 07537 163611adele.lewis@aspion.co.ukASPLIV
