You'll take ownership of your area, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring seamless, consistent service delivery. You'll also gather and respond to feedback, championing continuous improvement and helping to create a workplace experience that stands out for all the right reasons. * Please note, the official job title for this position will be Colleague Host.* Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM - 7 PM with some flexibility as per business needs) Salary: £36,750 per annum What will you get?
