Responsibilities
Supporting clients with personal care, medication, and meal preparationProviding companionship and promoting independenceEncouraging social engagement and emotional well-beingRespecting individual preferences and dignity in every aspect of careAccurately recording visits and collaborating with colleaguesWhat Youll Need: A full UK drivers license and access to your own vehicle.
This is a community position, and therefore, you will need to hold a full UK Licence and have access to your own car. A genuine passion for helping othersStrong communication skills and a caring natureAbility to work independently and within a teamUnderstanding of care standards, policies, and safeguarding (training provided)We dont offer Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)Pay Rate: £13.50 per hourShifts Available: Day shifts, night shifts, weekends, flexitimeCOVID-19 Measures: Full PPE is provided and required for all staff.
