Practice Compliance & Facilities SupervisorLondon (West End) | Office-based (4/5 days/week)55,000 – 65,000 + benefitsA well-established and highly regarded professional services firm is seeking a Practice Compliance & Facilities Supervisor to join its London office.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of compliance across a regulated accountancy practice, working directly with senior leadership to ensure the firm's regulatory, operational, and physical environments meet the highest professional standards.

The RoleYou will play a central role in ensuring the firm remains compliant with all relevant regulatory frameworks, including ICAEW requirements, audit regulations, AML, GDPR, and broader governance standards. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and supporting regulatory inspections and auditsTranslating regulatory requirements into robust internal controls and processesMonitoring compliance across the business and ensuring follow-up actions are completedMaintaining and reviewing firm-wide policies and governance frameworksDelivering internal training and promoting a strong compliance cultureIn addition, you will oversee the firm's office environments, including facilities compliance, contractor coordination, and health & safety requirements.

This is a hands-on role requiring both attention to detail and a proactive, practical approach. The CandidateYou will have: Experience in compliance within a regulated professional services environment (accountancy preferred)Strong understanding of ICAEW regulations and practice assurance processesExperience supporting or coordinating external audits or inspectionsA methodical, detail-focused approach with the confidence to challenge where neededA proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of outcomesExposure to facilities or operational compliance is advantageous but not essential.
