We're working with a growing advanced composites manufacturer in Gloucester that's producing some seriously clever lightweight structures for aerospace, defence and other high-performance engineering applications.
They're looking for experienced Composite Laminators who take pride in their work, understand the importance of getting the detail right and can hit the ground running. The work: Hand lay-up of carbon fibre and prepreg materials.
Vacuum bagging, debulking and preparation for curing. Laminating complex composite components and tooling. Working from engineering drawings, ply books and manufacturing instructions. Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and traceability.
What we're looking for
You'll already have hands-on composites laminating experience, ideally gained within aerospace, motorsport, automotive or another demanding engineering environment. You'll be comfortable working with prepreg materials, interpreting technical instructions and producing consistently high-quality work.
