From complex adjudications to multi-party arbitrations, you can expect to advise top-tier clients including insurers, contractors, and developers on everything from policy coverage to professional risk. The successful construction solicitor will work on major infrastructure, transport, energy, and engineering projects, often involving NEC and FIDIC contracts.
A solid grasp of TCC procedure and adjudication is essential; familiarity with ICC, LCIA, and cross-border enforcement is a bonus. Requirements3-6 years' PQE in construction litigation/arbitrationExperience with NEC/FIDIC and other standard formsStrong knowledge of adjudication and TCC practiceFire safety experience would be an advantageCommercially savvy, client-focused, and team-orientedStrong business development and networking skillsOn offer is a top of the market salary plus bonus, clear opportunities for career progression, a fantastic benefits package and options for flexible hyrbid working.
