The firm's Real Estate Consultant appointments; Development agreements; Collateral warranties and third-party rights; Bonds and guarantees; Project and strategic advice; Construction and contractual disputes; and Risk management and dispute avoidance.
About You I am keen to speak with commercially minded and entrepreneurial Construction A Legal Director or senior lawyer with clear partnership aspirations; or A senior lawyer with a strong network, established client relationships and a proven business development track record.
A portable following would be advantageous, although my client would also be interested in lawyers who can demonstrate a strong ability to generate work and develop long-term client relationships.
