Construction Solicitor | £50,000-£62,000 | Birmingham A leading Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint a Construction Solicitor to join its highly successful and well-regarded Construction team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 0-4 years' PQE to join a highly experienced team and gain exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.

The role will involve: Advising employers, contractors, subcontractors, construction professionals and other key stakeholders. Working across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. Advising on dispute avoidance, adjudications, litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and engineering contracts. Advising on professional appointments, warranties, bonds, guarantees and other project documentation. Working on projects across sectors including development, infrastructure, housebuilding, healthcare, education, retail and leisure.

Attending client meetings and negotiations. Building and developing strong client relationships. Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters and taking increasing responsibility as your experience develops. They're looking for a qualified solicitor with previous Construction experience and exposure to a broad range of matters.

You'll also need excellent communication skills, strong organisation and time management, good attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The salary is £50,000-£62,000, depending on experience and PQE.
