Responsibilities

• oversee a mega mixed-use scheme to ensure on-time delivery within budget
• manage subcontractor performance and coordination
• maintain strict health and safety standards on site
• monitor progress, budgets, and quality to meet project milestones
• report project status to stakeholders and align with client requirements

Key requirements

• degree qualified or equivalent construction degree
• experience on major schemes (commercial offices, residential, or mixed-use)
• strong construction management background
• experience managing subcontractors
• Health and Safety certificate
