Construction Planner

Overview

In this role you will serve as Construction Planner for a London-based contractor focusing on recladding remediation and refurbishment schemes. You will bring a delivery background and strong Asta PP proficiency, shaping programmes from first principles and coordinating construction sequencing, methodology, and site logistics.

You will work across pre-construction and live projects, guiding programme recovery and ensuring integrated planning with stakeholders. This is an opportunity to influence critical refurbishment works at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction programmes from first principles and align with project objectives
• Plan sequencing, methodology and site logistics for recladding/remediation projects
• Coordinate pre-construction activities with live project delivery
• Lead programme recovery efforts when schedules slip
• Utilise Asta PP for scheduling, tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity

Key requirements

• Delivery background in construction (Site/Project Manager)
• Strong proficiency in Asta PP
• Experience with pre-construction and live projects
