Overview

In this Project Manager role, you will lead large, challenging residential and social housing new-build projects in a contracting context. You’ll work within a team to deliver projects efficiently under the direction of the commercial director, handling initiatives from planning to delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large new-build projects (25–50m) in residential/social housing contexts
• Coordinate with the commercial director and project stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
• Oversee project governance, quality, and progress against plan
• Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Support learning and development in a growth-focused, professional setting

Key requirements

• 5+ years in residential/social housing new-build within a contracting environment
• Background in educational, residential, social housing or hospital projects
