The Role
You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, working closely with Partners and advising clients across construction, real estate and development. The role will include: Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NEC.Construction due diligence and project documentation.
Advising on live projects, contractual issues and risk management. Supporting adjudication, arbitration, litigation and TCC matters. Direct client contact and relationship management. Working alongside Real Estate, Finance and Dispute Resolution teams.
