Job summaryThese posts represent phase 2 of this expansion, we are looking to recruit up to 4 additional stroke consultants who will join a friendly and pro-active department, looking to lead in clinical service provision, teaching and training, service development and audit. We are an accredited Hyperacute stroke research centre and an interest in research would be supportedMain duties of the jobWe are looking for applicants for new posts within the Neurosciences Department at the Leeds General Infirmary.

Hyperacute stroke treatments have expanded significantly over the last 5 years and in line with NHSE commissioning 24/7 mechanical thrombectomy services, and as the comprehensive stroke centre for West Yorkshire, we have an exciting opportunity to expand our medical workforce in order to deliver this.
