CONTENT DESIGNER – £55,000 – BRISTOL – REMOTE (WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO CLIENT SITE IN TAUNTON) – SC REQUIRED MERITUS are recruiting for a Content Designer to join a leading organisation delivering complex UK Central Government and Defence programmes .
This role would suit an experienced Content Designer, UX Writer or Content Specialist with strong writing skills, accessibility knowledge and a user-centred approach. Experience with content strategy, user research and wider experience design would be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
Create clear, accessible and user-centred content . Work across the service lifecycle to understand user needs . Shape content strategy and improve information architecture . Write, test and iterate content based on user feedback.
Collaborate closely with user researchers, interaction designers and service designers . Ensure content is treated as a core part of the user experience . Apply accessibility and inclusive content principles. Skills
